I designed a professional offering memorandum for La Plata Grande Apartments, a multi-family real estate property. The goal was to create a sleek, investor-facing document that clearly communicated key financials, property highlights, and location advantages.

Design Approach
I developed a structured layout that balanced real estate photography, investment data, and branding elements. Strategic use of color, typography, and whitespace created a polished, trustworthy tone. Section dividers, icons, and call-outs were used to guide the reader and highlight key details.
